2017 Pinion R-1969 Orange Manually Wound Chronograph 43mm

Here we have a 2017 Pinion R-1969 Orange Manually Wound Chronograph, limited to 100 pieces, with only 5 of the 100 in orange. Featuring a round polished 43mm stainless steel case that curves over your wrist with thick lugs. Its curved, polished flanks lead to a comfortable lug-to-lug length of 53.5mm and a case thickness of 13.5mm, giving the watch an impressive wrist presence. On the right side, we have the chronograph pushers and a signed, deep knurled crown in the centre. A "SuperDome" double-bezel and a convex sapphire crystal cover the customised all-black bi-compax dial. A glossy minute chapter ring surrounds the applied 12, 6, and bullet-shaped indexes, which are filled with a vibrant orange Super-LumiNova and mark the hours.  At 3 o’clock, a 30-minute register and at 9 o’clock, a running seconds, each with an attractive concentric circular pattern and white numerals and markings. At 6 o’clock, a date window. A diamond-shaped counterweighted chronograph hand complements steel hands filled with Super-LumiNova. At noon, we have the Pinion motif and at 6 o’clock, R-1969. The new old stock manually wound Valjoux Cal. 7734 can be seen through the smoked sapphire crystal, 17 jewels beating at a leisurely 18,000 beats per hour. This movement was manufactured in 1969 and never used in a watch. It comes with its original 22mm Pinion strap and signed pin buckle, plus 3 additional straps. The watch also comes with its Pinion presentation box and paperwork.
