On the right side is a signed coin-edged crown. The coin-edged friction-fit bezel has an engraved 24-hour scale in white and black holding a domed crystal above a glossy black dial. An outer minute track with Tritium pips surrounding applied facet-edged block indexes marking the hours; at 3 o’clock, a framed date window, steel baton hands filled with Tritium are complemented by a tapered second hand and a red GMT hand; at 12 o’clock, we have the Zodiac motif “Aerospace GMT” printed underneath, “Automatic” completes this vintage traveller companion. On the reverse, a screw-down case back engraved with the details of the watch around its edge, inside an automatic Zodiac Cal. 70-72, beating at 21,600 beats per hour.
