This is the first GMT in the Seiko 5 Sports range and features polished and brushed surfaces that transition with crisp edges and a lug-to-lug length of 46mm, and a case thickness of 13.5mm, giving the watch an impressive wrist presence. Seiko gets their wrist ergonomics so right, and you can expect a comfortable fit on your wrist. At 4 o’clock on the right side, a crown with deep knurling for extra grip is protected by crown guards. A Gold-tone 24-hour bezel with deep knurling for extra grip. Its flat hardlex crystal sits above a vibrant orange sunburst dial; the 24-hour chapter ring is precisely printed with applied discs and rounded baton indexes marking the hours infilled with LumiBrite. At 3 o’clock, there is a framed date window with Cyclops magnification on the crystal. The Gold-toned hands coated in LumiBrite consist of an arrow and sword hand with a tapered sweeping second hand and a black arrow GMT hand. At 12 o’clock, we have the Seiko motif, and at 6 o’clock, “Automatic GMT” completes this highly legible sports tool watch. On the reverse a screw-down exhibition case back and inside an automatic Seiko Cal. 4R34, 24 jewels, 21,600 beats per hour. This GMT movement was released in June 2022 and had hacking and hand-winding for your convenience, pull out the crown to the second position and rotate anti-clockwise to change the GMT hand in one-hour increments and clockwise to change the date. The watch comes fitted on a 22mm Seiko 5-link polished and brushed Jubilee stainless steel bracelet with a signed folding clasp and secure lock, all links are provided, and it comes with its Seiko presentation box, swing tag and paperwork.
