2022 Ming 37.05 Moonphase Manually Wound 38mm
Here we have a 2022 Ming 37.05 Moonphase Manually Wound with a 38mm brushed stainless steel case; the distinctive thick flared scalloped lugs have a lug-to-lug length of 45mm and a case thickness of 12mm for an impressive wrist presence. On the right side, is a signed crown. The brushed smooth bezel holds a domed sapphire crystal AR coated on both sides; the multi-layered dial consists of a metal layer with a tight spiral pattern that has a dynamic gradient from midnight blue to black, as seen in the night sky. The floating long-hour marks are laser etched to a sapphire layer and inlaid with HyCeram ceramic Super-LumiNova, Ming's hands are infilled this time round and sit majestically above the cut-out Moonphase disc just underneath, which has a luminance that moves in increments until it reaches a full moon and creates a circle, and at 6 o’clock a date window completes this stunning mesmerising dial. On the reverse a screwed-down exhibition case back, inside a manually wound Sellita for MING 288.M1. This modified movement by Schwarz-Etienne has incredible finishing with matte-blasted skeletonised components, anthracite-plating, and Rhodium-brushed accents, making this watch magical on both sides. The watch comes fitted on its 20mm Black barenia leather strap by Jean Rousseau Paris with a keeperless signed buckle with micro-adjustment by moving the spring bar that holds the buckle pin up or down. The watch also comes with its Ming presentation box and paperwork, plus a handmade leather travel pouch by Studio Koji Sato.
