2022 Hamilton American Classic PSR Digital Quartz 'Green' H52414131
Here we have the charismatic, unworn 2022 Hamilton American Classic PSR Digital Quartz 'Green' H52414131, a modern reinterpretation of the world's first digital quartz watch, the Hamilton Pulsar, with its LED display launched in 1970, at the height of the space race between America and the USSR and was worn by many celebrities including Elvis, Elton John, Jack Nicholson. Its 41mm cushion-shaped brushed stainless steel and chromium case covers the lugs for a flowing, integrated aesthetic. Chromium is a highly resistant alloy to rust, tarnishing and corrosion. The curved brushed flanks lead to a lug-to-lug length of 35mm and a case thickness of 13.5mm, giving the watch an impressive wrist presence. On the right side is a single pusher; the brushed top surface surrounds a sapphire crystal AR coated above a hybrid LCD and OLED digital display with LCD green digital numerals on all the time, and when you push the button in the OLED illuminated dot numerals appear, perfect at night, push the button again for the seconds. We have the Hamilton motif on the bottom right corner of the case. On the reverse, we have a screw-down case back with the details of the watch engraved around its edge and a depiction of a pulsar short for a pulsating star. This spinning neutron star emits pulses of radiation inside a Quartz movement. It comes paired with its 24-mm integrated brushed stainless steel president-style bracelet secured by a signed butterfly clasp. All links are included, and it comes with its Hamilton presentation box and booklets.
