Here we have a 1970s Enicar 'Garnix' Chronograph Silver Dial Valjoux 72, the collector's nickname Garnix is German for ‘Nothing’, with reference to its minimalist design and lack of model name on the dial. Featuring a 36.5mm round stainless steel case that sits comfortably on your wrist, thanks to the sharp-angled flat-ended lugs. Its curved, chamfered flanks lead to a lug-to-lug length of 41mm and a case thickness of 12mm. On the right side, we have the piston pushers and a signed coin-edged crown in the centre. The stepped smooth bezel holds a box-shaped crystal above a striking silver tricompax dial. A Tachymeter scale surrounds a precisely executed minute track above applied baton indexes and lume pips marking the hours. The chronograph consists of a 30-minute, a 12-hour and finally a running seconds, each sitting recessed with a concentric circular pattern and a stick hand.
